Synonyms using Word Cloud
I brought in laptops for the kids to make use of the website Word Cloud for them to input their synonyms on happy. Using the word clouds generated from each group, I then combined it and explained to students that the word excited is the largest size as it is the most common vocab. Hence, to write good compo, they have to learn those vocabs that are in the smaller font (means only 1 or 2 thought of hat word).
